It's been a while since I've checked-in. Too much travel this summer. I had really hoped to make it to my official WW goal of 140 by Sept 1--that's definitely not gonna happenI'm just glad that I didn't end up gaining this summer. Perhaps the next 4 lbs will come off with the next cycle.

Got a new digital scale - not a Tanita, ha! - that measures all sorts of stuff for my birthday from my mom, including weight to the ounce, and allegedly, water composition, bone mass, fat % and so on.
So far it won't give me a reading on all of that, though. I keep getting and Error message. I think I'm just too fat to fit into their algorithms. It works for D*H. HE gets a full reading. He's lost 40 pounds in the last five months. Figures.

I have to get better at goal setting. I won't reach my goal this time and I haven't reached my goal in the previous two challenges. Maybe next time, will there be a next time? Please say yes.
