I myself have been walking -- it's that time of year -- the Breast Cancer 3-day is in about 16 days. So I've put running on the VERY BACK burner over the last month! I miss it, and my weight is showing it.

I can walk 8-12 miles daily and only GAIN weight! I think I need to start putting in at least 30-40 minute of running intervals prior to walking. Then my waistline won't be such a mess!
