you can put a shorter stem on it, it doesn't say how short it is currently - but if you go too short it does start to affect your steering.

you can get a higher angle stem which will bring the handlebars up higher, which might give you a higher tube height.

You can put a steerer extender on your bike to raise your tube height:

I think I might have used the wrong terminology.... I think what I want is a steerer extender and short stem. my bike fits pretty good but due to some other medical issues I am having some numbness in my left hand.
