We had our first sweet corn tonight. Mmmmmmmm. I've read that you have a window of about 90 minutes between picking sweet corn and when you have to cook it, before the sugars start turning into starch. All I know is, it sure was sweet.Speed comes from what you put behind you. - Judi Ketteler
