248, but I'm back home from two months on the road and eating whatever we could find just off the highway, and back to my green smoothies and long rides around Lake Miramar and Fiesta Island. This weight will come off.

This last sunday I did my triathlon....shaved off 16 min from my last full triathlon (even though this one had an additional 400m+ run/walk/jog up the hill through loose sand and 3 more miles on the bike).
    Excellent!!!

    139 for me this week.

Two weeks of regular eating, not trying to count calories just eat food and I gained 4lbs. I am really surprised I gained so much. I mountain biked everyday for minimum 1 hour max 3 hours, several days I also swam, hiked or went tubing. I know I over ate at two meals but the rest of the time I ate what I thought was pretty healthy home cooked food and really did not over indulge. I think I need to keep a food diary even when on vacation so I can truly know what I am eating.
Anyway in a giant step backward I now weigh 179.6 here's to hoping at least 4lbs of it is water weight.
It's nice to be back on TE and be accountable again

That's definitely the story of my spring, summer, Jones. Somehow in the last week or two the weight finally decided to start melting off. I'm wearing jeans right now that I haven't fit since wintertime!

Reesha congrats on getting into your jeans. I just wish I could lose it as fast as I can gain it.
