Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
215.4. this is moving in the wrong direction...I will have to do better next week...it doesn't show on the scales, but I do think I'm doing better: not snacking at work or before dinner, working out more....now that my bike is back from the shop I'll be cycling to work again next week so that should help.
This week has been somewhat strange. I think I am being punished for not using my lymphedema pump this week... I have been anywhere from 240.2-246 this week....but landed at 244.6 this morning.
I went down to 240.2 on tuesday....but with much exercise and not using pump i know i have fluid where it should not be.....maybe I will get it all together this next week.
This last sunday I did my triathlon....shaved off 16 min from my last full triathlon (even though this one had an additional 400m+ run/walk/jog up the hill through loose sand and 3 more miles on the bike).
I took monday off... I thought I deserved that since during the triathlon I burned approx 4500+ calories!
Tuesday - light cardio - 30 min, 15 min light weights, my blisters still were not healed to do a bunch
wednesday - blisters doing a bit better but not totally healed 45min cardio, 30 min weights
thrus - 900 meter swim
today- I am meeting with a personal trainer ....so she can kill me..LOL
tomorrow is our mamma jamma training ride - not sure how far/which route I will choose....
Sunday will be my day of rest and house cleaning day!
Have a great weekend all.

248, but I'm back home from two months on the road and eating whatever we could find just off the highway, and back to my green smoothies and long rides around Lake Miramar and Fiesta Island. This weight will come off.
