    Finally managed to get photos. Took this photo this morning on my ride. This is Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park (Ecological Preserve) in Riverside, CA. The photo is of a wider section that goes over the creek, such as it is. (The creek is a trickle of water right now). This spot kind of looks like fire road, but really isn't. I'll need to remember to get pix in other spots, I just happened to be resting in the shade here.

    I these online. I do this race every year. This bridge is infamous. I don't think it would be too bad once you get going on it, but the approach is about 15 feet of powdery sand which makes it really difficult.

    OMG! I'm not sure I would be able to WALK across that bridge, let alone ride it! Talk about a wipe out.

    If you're ever in MI, I'll take you out for a ride. It's part of a 14-mile loop--known as the big "O".
