I am looking for a highly visible green or yellow short sleeved women's cycling jersey and am having much difficulty finding one in stores or online. Does anyone have one they wear and like? If so, what brand? where did you purchase it? Please help. I would like to be very visible to traffic while cycling. Thanks!

Check on Louis Garneau's clothing. I have a sleeveless jersey thats super neon green and white, uber-bright.
I have super-bright neon yellow-green sleeveless jerseys from Terry and Canari.......In winter, I wear a long-sleeved Brooks Nightlife bright yellow and black heavy-weight jersey on many rides.
I'm a total Brooks NightLife fan myself:

I'm a little tired right now, and thought the thread topic said invisible cycling jersy. That would be an eye catcher.
I have the following jerseys in screaming yellow:
1. PI 2009 select jersey (sold right here on TE) (runs big so if between sizes go with the smaller one, I have it in S). Nice jersey but my only complaint is that while it has one nice big back pocket, it has 2 slanty ones that aren't very deep in back, and a tiny key pocket in front. Its a medium weight, good for all seasons, longer than most jerseys so good if you are tall or just like your jerseys long.
2. PI 2007 select jersey (no longer available) (runs smaller than 2009 one, I have it in M). Nice traditional deep pockets, traditonal length, medium weight.
3. Illuminite Women's Driven Jersey http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product...5_10000_201472
These are only still available in S and XS. They are my favorite from a comfort perspective, but run very short, so while the S fit me better in width, I sized up to a M to get a little more length. Even though the fit is looser than I usually like, its very light and comfortable in the south texas heat. I especially like that the arms are loose, easy to get air circulating through. Also, be careful washing, I had the reflective stuff wash off in harsh detergent, so now I hand wash them. On the back they have one normal deep pocket and one zip one, perfect for phone and keys on a commute ride, but maybe not enough room for stuffing full of snacks on a long ride.
I am a firm believer that screaming yellow increases your visibility in traffic and safety. I also have a screaming yellow PI whisper vest that I layer over less visible jerseys when its not so hot out, a PI vagabound II jacket, and a craft rain jacket, all bought right here at TE. The PI gavia vest and jacket are also nice options for colder weather that are available in screaming yellow.
I did try on some canari jerseys in a store, but felt the cuts were too loose/unstyled/sack-like for my taste. I also ordered and returned a velowear jersey, I ordered a womens M and they shipped me a mens S, fit was awful. PI seems to have a pretty large selection of items in screaming yellow.
