    So sorry to hear about your crash. If you haven't been checked out yet with x-rays I would strongly consider it. There are some small pelvic bones that can fracture easily in a crash, and I can't help but wonder if you could be perceiving something like that as 'groin pain'.

    Hopefully its just soft tissue damage, but even that can take quite a while to heal, and sometimes it can be speeded up by physical therapy, so you may also want to consult with a PT on what you should be doing to heal as quickly as possible.

    Update

    Well, at the suggestions of Trisk and a friend of mine who is a PT, I went to a doc back on Tuesday to get a hip X-ray. Nothing is broken... he says I have a torn hip adductor and that it will heal on its own in a few weeks.

    So, of course, I'm racing in the Tennessee State Championship Road Race today
    Because not every fast cyclist is a toothpick...
