I picked up Jayne's second book (Shape Up with the Slow Fat Triathlete) and it's a really fun read, too. It's really motivational. It makes me stop and think "what the heck is my problem, she's TOTALLY RIGHT" as I read. The bookstore didn't have her first book, but now I really want to go back and read it.
