I have been like a yo yo this challenge.... back down to 244.4.

I really didn't want to drop this week because my triathlon is on sunday.....but I will take it anyway! I think I started building more muscle and after I started eating more the days I worked out I lost a little more. I wish this was an exact science!!!! grrr

    Tina

ps.. I belong to another group that weighs on mondays. This has been a good deterant for me not to blow it over the weekends.

    Hi again,

I apologise if I came across as rude or offended anyone. It definitely wasn't intended.

Hi, I'm 'fessing up......7th Aug 70.8kg or 155.76lbs and 14th Aug 70.9 or 155.98 lbs...absolutely devastating readings. Almost scared to hop on the scales this coming Friday! It seems so much worse now that I've been consistently over 70 kgs.

Grumble, grumble....170.2. I guess the missed workouts combined with a super high calorie work dinner on Monday was a bad combination! Oops!

Back on track for this next week. The good news is that even though the scale isn't cooperating, my clothes are fitting better.

I have been 122.4 for 3 days now (yippee!!) In case I forget to weigh tomorrow it goes up...I thought I would submit my weight now.
Over 1 full week of loggin all food and execise and NOT adding food just because I exercised. SO maybe this is helping.
    Yes, I am hungry!
    But pants feel looser.

Sorry for the delay. I was in Philly for the Livestrong Challenge and although I had my laptop with me, I wasn't checking my standard websites very often!

OK, I know it is NOT Friday. But I have been up all week (weight that is). As usual I don't know if I'll remember to weigh or post tomorrow. So I'll go ahead and do that now:
123.4 (is that back where I started? --almost).
So I need to relook at this past week...food log, activity, etc. Darn it!

Friday - again!!! Latest weight 156.2. Lots of walking this week - lost a little I think I'm safe in saying (ahead of the end of our current challenge) that I won't reach my goal - yet again. Will keep trying though. Still walking to work.

back up to 216.2 this week. Once again not doing well for the challenge, but I haven't completely given up. I'll keep at it, and continue for the next challenge. Although the weight isn't coming off yet, I'm feeling stronger and fitter than I have done in a long time so something must be working...

    144.

It's been a while since I've checked-in. Too much travel this summer. I had really hoped to make it to my official WW goal of 140 by Sept 1--that's definitely not gonna happen I'm just glad that I didn't end up gaining this summer. Perhaps the next 4 lbs will come off with the next cycle.

Of course there will be a next time. After next week's final weight, I'll start a new thread for the next 8 weeks.
