WOW! the photos are soooooo great! On the bike standing, with arms all tensed up, you look like one HOT BABE!
Your run time was very very improved! and well as you know, that run is better walked, it is a lovely walk, but brutal run!
Congratulations! Are you gonna do it AGAIN?

I am going to do it again next year. I like the course and it's so well organized and nearby. When I finished this year one of the first things I said to Thom was, "I'm not done with this yet."

Congratulations! You are one tenacious gal. I often think of you when climbing..I think you said you could climb with a HR of 175 forever.....I think of that when I'm panting, straining and I can see the top of the hill. Your strength knows no bounds!
