For the first time I saw myself after being videotaped for almost half hr. within a business context, responding to questions. (a mock interview)

I was told that I behaved and sounded business-like, corporate which I agree. Also I sounded awfully/appeared dry.

Just not the exact image of how I perceived myself. Seriously.

Am asking myself: What happened? Have the cultures of various organizations/employers whom I've worked for over the last few decades, shaped me, my job role shaped me/

I also looked more calm than I felt.
