I did a brick workout this morning--rode 16 miles and then ran 4. Not the funnest experience due to the insane humidity, but I stayed strong throughout. I averaged 22 mph, and completed my run in 31 minutes.
I think I'll be glad to just cycle tomorrowAs much as I love running, I've really enjoyed cycling so much more lately.
