New Market Coming to Silver Spring

Silver Spring will soon have its own Eastern-Market-style street market, the Fenton Street Market.
A DC blog notes that things will kick off this fall with two weekend markets, on September 12th (which just so happens is the last WABA Bike Swap in town for 2009) and October 3rd.
