When I manage to haul my lazy butt out in the morning before work, it's generally out to the bay & back, around 9-10 pancake-flat miles.
If I'm feeling ambitious and I have the time, I throw in the loop around the park, about 15 miles with a bit of climbing.
On mornings like this one, it's a big fat zero.
On weekends, it's more.
