BTW - you look fabulous in your Zoot tri apparel. Someday, I'd like to have arms that look like yours.
Thanks! It's the same outfit I wore for my tris last year. It's kind of motivating because I can really see in the pictures how my body's changed over the year. And that outfit hides NOTHING!

I also really like it because the top is supportive enough for me to run in and the chamois in the shorts dries pretty quickly. They aren't as comfortable for 56 miles as regular bike shorts, but a little more saddle time would have helped that issue as well.

Tired, but no weird pains. I did Yoga for Triathletes both yesterday and today.

Congrats, V! Great race report. The thought of the temperatures at Barb's race scare the heck out of me. A+ on the PR!

Wow! Thanks for the race report and pics, it was a great read.

You're amazing. I definitely think it was tenacity. Glad your hips and quads aren't in pain (mine are tired, too after reading your report )

I am going to do it again next year. I like the course and it's so well organized and nearby. When I finished this year one of the first things I said to Thom was, "I'm not done with this yet."
