Who the heck put all those hills there?!
Didn't kill me, musta made me stronger. (the last half-mile was my cool-down)
Back in the orthotics today, had too much trouble with my Achilles after Friday - although no arch pain, so I still think there's potential in that approach, just maybe I need to adapt, or put a taller pad in, or something.
