Yes it is a nice jersey! My favorite one in fact! I had two gals ask about it on my ride today. I have been wearing it a lot! Who ever designed it is a very talented artist!

I had a nice 24.5m ride yesterday as I continue to get stronger- YAY!

Just noticed that I rode 400 miles in July- YAY!

I did my 19 mile "flat" ride; my DH's front derailleur broke this week and there is not one shop in the area that has what he needs. So, he rigged his bike to work as a ten speed and off we went (he had to order the part from Excel). It was sunny and although the temperature was not that high, maybe 75, the humidity was climbing. I thought I was acclimated to the heat, but I actually had to stop near the end to rest; The ride was still good, and the huge groups I've seen the last few weeks are gone, since the PMC is this weekend. Still, a lot of riders. We were passed by a couple of young, speedy women in sneakers and cut off jeans...
After climbing the hill home, I saw that my average was still pretty high for me, even though I didn't feel like it was a great ride. Spent a couple of hours relaxing by the pond, swimming after the ride, and then went out for Mexican food.
Woke up this morning with some wheezing and allergies. Ugh, I haven't had my asthma act up for quite awhile. That most likely is why I felt so sluggish yesterday.
