In two weeks I am doing my first Olympic tri and have been trying to get used to running in my tri shorts. Problem is both of the types I have tried are really irritating when I go commando. I seem to be sensitive down under and wearing them without underwear is causing issues. I don't really want to change during transition so I was wondering how other woman have overcome this issue.
What part is sensitive? In between the legs? The groin area?
If it's in between the legs (you know, the girly parts)... I might ask if your tri shorts have a seam that goes up the middle.
If it does, maybe that seam is bothering your girly parts and you just need a pair of tri shorts that don't have a seam up the middle?
