Twitter can only be bad...unfortunately it encourages people to twit before they think. I can't think of much good that comes from twitter.

Flecha does the arrow because his name means arrow,but you probably already knew that. If I had a cool name that meant something, I'd probably do that too, but not in a bike race because it would be highly unlikely that I would win.
