I commute every day, and I ride in whatever I am wearing that day. I love skirts and skorts in the summer. If the skirt is short, i will wear biking shorts underneath. I have a patagonia skirt that comes down to mid calf and it's flowy... and i love it. Once I realized it wouldn't get caught in my spokes, it is one of my favorite things to ride in; I feel so ... European (?)
