For Sale Crosshairs Frame/Fork + Other Stuff!

50cm Gunnar Crosshairs for sale. Handmade in Wisconsin by Waterford Cycles out of their OS2 tubing--light, responsive, smooooth. Comes with a carbon fork (cannondale), FSA Orbit headset, top cap/starnut, and brake cable hangers. VERY good condition. I participated in one cyclocross race with it and used it to commute. Seat tube is 50cm center of BB to top of seat mast and has a 54cm "virtual" top tube. I'm 5'7.5" (long legs/short torso) and it is too small for me. Requires 27.2 seat post and 68mm English bottom bracket. I have lots of high res photos if interested. It has some chips and paint blemishes but no dents or dings and is generally in very good condition. Never crashed. Asking $400 + shipping.



Crank Brothers Candy C Red pedals. Very good condition.. a little dirty but work great. Cleats included. $35 + shipping.



Cane creek brake levers (SCR-5). Right one is brand new, left one is nearly perfect, has a few scuffs but 9.5/10. $25 + shipping.

I'd buy it right now (how kind of you to have one slightly too small for you, and exactly my size) except that my sweetie would probably strangle me if I did. 8 bikes in a 900 square foot apartment... not so good. (actually, the bikes would be fine. It's the 3 people and two dogs that would have trouble)

Ooooh, but a Gunnar! My Waterford would have a sibling!

Might be too big for me...but I'll ask anyway: what size is your Roadie if the Roadie fits and the Crosshairs is too small?

(I'm riding a 50 Roadie. But I realize the geo is different on the Crosshairs. I'm a shrimp. I could probably ride a 48 Roadie as well.)

The Roadie has a 51cm seat tube and a virtual top tube of 55, which doesn't seem like a big difference, but as you said, the geometries in general are different. For example, I measured the crosshairs head tube at 10cm and the roadie's at 13.5.
