153.78 on Friday 24th. No change. Have not been "good". Was expecting to be a lot heavier as I consumed almost 2 packets of Tim Tams (they were on special and I went shopping while starving) and also a 250g block of chocolate (also on special - just can't resist those specials)! Oh...and the breadmaker has been working overtime and I just can't resist the warm crust with a nice coating of real butter - not the artificial stuff. I'm my own worst enemy really. No self control during winter while sitting in front of the fire. Did go for a 8 km bike ride last weekend.

    137.5.

I'm benched from running due to a hamstring strain + ITBS (hoping to start up again soon though) and due to a summer class I've been taking I've been having a hard time fitting in regular rides (which are more time-intensive than running). We are finally having a stretch of no rain here, and I haven't been able to take advantage of it the way I'd like. Grrrrr. Grrrrr. Grrrrr. Pent up energy...

    Down 1

145 lbs today. Slowly, but surely. I always wanted to be one of those 2 lbs/week kind. Seems like I am a 1 lb/week.

I think I am down a smidge or the same (can't remember). I behaved pretty good this week. Kept mostly w/ training plan. Can't complain. Now need to push it a bit more!

I'll take that after all the slabs of birthday cake I indulged in this week.

140 today. Going to Washington, D.C. for a girl's trip with my 14 year old daughter starting tomorrow. Hope I can walk off all the meals out.
