Back up to 173.4
Last week was clearly my dehydration issue. I felt like I had a hang-over that whole day, so I'm not surprised. It's also been a super busy week with little exercise and lack-luster eating, so I'm actually happy that I'm not even heavier!
I just received a new workout program last night and it looks both effective and fun - so I'm looking forward to making some REAL progress going forward.![]()
