They have an alloy version that is nearly as light and not nearly as spendy.Yeah, mine are the FSA k-wings that Luna mentioned.
I love them
But spendy
I hated the FSA K-Force bars I put on my Spectrum. I'm short with small hands, but long arms. I could never get comfortable on the short reach (fore/aft). And could never wrap my head around riding with my thumbs on top of the bars because that flat section is wide and painful to ride that way, and it's dangerous (IMHO - and others).
I think such bars are a love or hate relationship.

If you decide on the FSAs, I have the Compact Wing Pros in a size 38 I'd be happy to sell. Just PM me.

I'm confused why your thumbs would be on top of the bars? I ride mine with my thumbs under the bar.
I don't use the short reach k wings (but have never tried them) but I like that the hoods on those bars are dropped down a bit from the top of the flat wide section - so it pulls me forward and down a bit and it's actually a pretty comfortable more "aero" position that I like better than being in drops. Then with the raised flat section, I'm fairly upright if I want to be as well.
Thumbs may be on top of flat bars (riding on the tops) because of the shape and hand size.
