"mustache ride"

Our bike coop guys are trying to have fun and do creative stuff. They did a scavenger hunt ride to get food for the local food bank, and they build great FrankenBikes for parades... so they're doing this "mustache" theme for a ride. Mustache handlebars, guys with handlebar mustaches on old fashioned bikes ... except that I, of course, keep seeing those beach T-shirts that say "mustache rides, 50 cents." Absolutely nothing in their talk or posters has alluded to such a thing, so I am *dying* to know whether some, any, or all of 'em are thinking in that direction.
Being a shy and delicate person, though, I can't bring myself to bring it up... don't know whether to giggle or groan

I would soooo wear that shirt. I'm not one to do that sort of thing, but on rare occasion I like to be odd/naughty/just plain wrong. You would be the hit of the ride.
