Yay Kacie! Coming back from an injury is tough. Glad to hear you're making progress.
I went out for a sloooow 60 minute run this morning. On the advice of wise women on these forums, I'm doing a "mini-taper" for a 300k ride in 100+ degree weather this coming Saturday. Given how HOTit's going to be, I want to be as fresh as possible, without being a complete layabout all week.
