Took Rocky out for a 24 mile ride up the greenbelt. Managed to leave early enough to make it back before the temps broke 100. Being out earlier also meant the shadows were longer, which means more shade. Yay!

This was my longest ride yet It felt nice, but now my lower neck is *really* achy.
