If so which route would you do? I can imagine parking at La Canada would be tight, and that we who can ride to the start point should leave that for her students and family who may want to ride the car-free route. I was thinking of the train station if I go, includes a nice little hill

I can't make the ride as I will be at my sister's for the weekend to celebrate her birthday and my almost 4 year old's, as well. I'll be thinking of all of you riding, though.

So, I'm at work late on Monday. It's dark out and I don't bother to turn on the light.
I'm coming down the stairs, big boxes in hand, and miss the last step of the stairs. Tumble, boxes go flying, and I twist my ankle.
All seems well, and I merrily walk back to my car. Meet up with the SO for drinks an hour later and by the time we get up to leave, I can barely walk! SO says the adrenaline allowed me to walk so easily after it happened.
Don't sleep all night due to the pain - go to urgent care the next day and now I am the bearer of a foot brace. Well, at least it is black - and blends in as well as it can given it goes all the way up to my knee. ugh!
When the hell can I get back on my bike is what I want to know?!

Thanks! My sister and her family (and my parents) all live out in Tracy. Cheaper housing, and all that. Shawn's (my sister) birthday was actually the 13th, but this is when we can all get together. Elizabeth will be 4 on November 5th. Still planning her little shindig here in the neighborhood. Kid parties are crazy.
