Thank you for asking about our little Lore. She as you know was in the hospital at Christmas time. And then last month. Her liver started to fail. Thank god they got that under control. And my poor sister had been at my house for a visit with no kids for the first time ever. She just wanted a break from it all. And she had not been at my house longer then 24 hours and she had to drive home 4 hours. She made it home around 11 pm and went to the emergency room and didn't leave till 15 days later.
She has a whole new team of Doc's from ucla right now as well. They for some reason and not sure why they can't figure out if she has fatty liver desease or auto immune hep. She has lipodystrophy we know that for a fact. But for some reason it effects your liver. She is on a chemo drug right now since her last hospital stay. It seems to really improve her. she is also on a lot of vitamins and on a 22 grams of fat a day only diet. I am glad our job is so close to them. Even though I have only visited them in the hospital so far. Hoping they are going to come to the fair next week. It is hard for them to get out cause one of the meds she is taking makes her go to the bathroom like every 10 minutes. We are hoping she is back on her way to getting better at this point.
Oh and do you all remember the black kitty I was taking care of cause the owner's weren't? He went missing a couple months back! I was very sad and searched for him for weeks it seemed. Put up flyer's and walked the streets looking for him. Even checked with the local shelter's. sigh.......I miss him. But it's funny his little brother is now coming over to our house. We snuck him to the vet and got him fixed and got his shots too. Off to work now! Friday is a big day here at the fair.
