Kcrhis-it looks like they're boxing but sorry to tell you..no. I asked Ian & he says that when roos fight they don't use thier front paws, they use thier MASSIVE hind legs & tails for support. When in fighting mode, they lean back & push thier chests out & scratch eachother.

Ya don't want to be kicked by a kangaroo, it kind of ruins yer day.

I saw one zip accross the trail this afternoon in one bound..Weeeeeeee..boing into the bushes it went.

Rustling in the bushes! Mostly, I turn my head to look in that direction but I think it's usually small rodents foraging

Sometimes I hear other cyclists come up from behind.

I listen for the sounds of vehicle motors...dread the big ones that indicate a truck is approaching....

    Insanely loud motorcycles.

My breathing when going uphill for long periods of time

Acutally, now that I think of it..mostly silence however last weekend while doing some training for the 6hr, my dear scared the sheepies out of me by yelling "bllaaaaaaahhhh". "ggaaaaahhhh" I blurted out & even kept control of my mtn bike..

Mostly wind in my ears and vehicle noise but also birds chirping.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

My shoes make squiggie noises, and it kinda drives me nuts.

Birds, cars, kids, trucks, wind, songs in my head.
I can do five more miles.
