Did a very slow 5.5 miles last night with the baby jogger. I ran with someone slower than me . . . so it was slow.

Even slower run tonight with baby in jogger and child on bike. She gets distracted about every 1/8 of a mile. It will be a good walk/run for 45-60 minutes.

My weight has not budged in two months since having the baby. I really wish it would start to go down, jogging with this extra weight is taking a toll on my body. Plus I feel extra "floppy" in my mid-section. I bought a slimmer belt to wear when I run so I can't feel all the jiggles, it sure is a pain.

I'd like to start thinking about training for some 10ks and half mary's, but I can't focus on training right now until I start to get my weight down
