This is one of those days when I wish I had a coach.
Then I realize that I can't justify it to myself - and that it would be perilously close to taking my training way too seriously.
But still.
Sore all over from a tough week, including some two-a-days. Today was supposed to be tempo run day. Instead, I just went out for 4.5 at a very relaxed pace, just so that I wouldn't be skipping a running day.
It felt like a good decision - as it was, I kind of struggled in my aerobics/strength class this afternoon. But I know there are times when pushing through it brings great results, and I just don't know how to identify those times to myself.
