Oh excellent, I love it up there!

And heck, if you can't splurge on a great holiday like that, what's the point?

I have not been good with my eating habits at all.....it has been way to hot to exercise after work. I really do not want heat stroke!

    144 again--aargh!

Earlier in the week, I was down to between 143 and 142, but that was a couple of days post a metric century. It's been a very stressful week, so maybe that's the difference.

I started back to graduate school again for an add-on certification to my Masters. It's been so long since I've been in the whole academic frame of mind--too much reading and writing and I've been very busy business-wise. Finished the course yesterday, so things will be back to normal for a few weeks. Big time travel schedule coming up--Utah next week, Vermont the week after, then my vacation to the beautiful Pacific NW. I hope my weight stays stable.

Precisely! It was well worth it. I'm still dreaming about the "Exotic French Toast" I had at a restaurant called John's Place. When I make my 125 goal, I'm going to try to duplicate the recipe. That will be great motivation!

Oh I like your dream limewave, and the idea of putting a little money away for each pound. I may have to steal that idea.

This is my first full week using The Daily Plate too, and I'm down 2. This is also my first full week trying to get back to some regular exercise. I'm still not 100% health-wise, but I've been able to get out and do my run/walk and get on the bike. So fingers crossed for nothing but better weeks ahead!

    171.5 for me.

I had a VERY rough ride last night - combination of dehydration and heat, I think - so I'm not 100% sure that this weight is accurate. I have absolutely been eating better, but I still don't feel right, so I might be dehydrated still.

I guess we'll find out next week.

131 for me, so no change.

Now that I'm back from vacation, I need to resume my daily early morning exercise habits. I only got out early twice this week. This morning I ran 10 miles, so hopefully I'm back on track. Next week I'm aiming for 5 early morning workouts. 3 runs, 2 swims. That ought to get my weight back down under 130, which was my WW goal weight. Since meeting my WW goal in early May, this is the first time I've been above it and it needs to be nipped in the bud NOW.
