depends on where in socal... i'm in the high desert.. so it does get cold here (relatively speaking).... when you consider it's 120 all summer.... 30's and 40's are cold! (and if you climb into the national park.. it's even cooler sometimes!)

we had snow last year!!!!!!!!!! doesn't happen all the time... or even every year.. but it sure is PURDY when it happens! (and i WANT snow this year cuz i want to ride my MTB in the snow! i was super ticked last year cuz i had taken time off work to ride.. and coudn't! GRRRRRRRRRRR) but i digress!

yes... hot chocolate and socal can mix!!!!!

heck... parts of breathless agony was so cold i woulda spit for a hot cocoa (they had hot soup at the top of onyx! almost as good.. but not quite!)
