I bit the bullet and ordered a Nuwave Pro from Amazon last night. I just love the idea of being able to cook that quickly without heating up the whole darn place. I have a gas oven in my apartment and it is like a freaking furnace! If a recipe calls for 350 I set is at about 315 because it's so hot. So needless to say in my little apartment my AC and my oven battle each other every time I cook which I'm sure runs up my gas AND electric bill, ack! I'm excited and hopeful this little gadget works for me

Not particularly. I've heated up (frozen) chicken strips & fish sticks/filets in it without turning them; I've cooked whole chickens (but cut in half) without turning. With the chicken I set them on the rack that comes with it, so they get air flow all around.
