I think I'm going to go ride on "The Hill" which is St. Louis' Little Italy when the sun is down a little bit more. I can practice climbing there and wind my way down for a few minutes and then climb again-- interval training! Then I can end my ride at one of the various amazing delis and have a sandwich for a recovery dinner
