Haha, well, I rarely drink. A few times a month and very minimally when I do.
You're probably right about the protein, but between the nuts in the pesto, the almond butter and the italian sausage and the whole grain cereal and pasta, I managed to get 53g, and most of it was eaten immediately post ride. I wish I'd had chicken around the house but no such luck.Time to hit the grocery store!

However, I'm not actively trying to lose anymore weight. I'm pretty happy where I'm at.
I need to keep more of the good stuff around!
