Like everyone said, tiny little steps. Don't plan on getting on the bike, just--when you think of it, just go get on it. If it's too hot to ride, take a little walk. It's not about the riding, it's about being more active, and making the choice towards your goal every time there's an opportunity. You only have so many chances in a day. How can the choice you make in the next minute get you closer to your goal?
