Welcome back! I know how you feel. I recently took my first Pilates class after a year off, and it really hurt! I felt like I really accomplished something afterwards.
For motivation, the key is making it a routine. Go early, before you can talk yourself out of it. Lay out your clothes the night before, set your alarm, pump your tires, get everything ready so you can just get on and ride. Put on something you're comfortable in. Don't care what you look like. It doesn't matter. You've been through enough this year, so you should give yourself a break. Do NOT listen to the voices in your head that give you 100 excuses not to get on your bike. We all hear them now and then.
You'll be back to your old level in no time!
