    Welcome to TE lindzleoo! Congrats on your first tri! If you have a few minutes, we'd love to hear all about it in a race report so we can share your excitement.

    Here is a sprint plan from Trifuel. I've not used the sprint plan before, but I've used their programs for half ironman and ironman races and had great success with them. It's a 12 week plan, but seeing as how you already have a base (since you raced yesterday) you could start a few weeks in to make it a 6-9 week plan.
