A little late, but my goal was to be at 147 on July 3 and I made it to 145.5! Count me in for July/August. Let's see......how about to 135 on August 31? Good luck to all. It goes on a lot easier than it comes off.

My goal for Aug 31 is 149 lbs -
As in, I would really like not to see that 50 lb weight on the Drs scale move over to the 3rd notch ...
