My new non-farm blog: Finding Freedom
I was away at the Pacific Crest Triathlon this weekend, so I didn't have a chance to weigh on Friday. I ate like a horse all weekend, stuff I normally don't (can you say chocolate cake, and almond joy ice cream in a waffle cone??), along with larger thannormal portion sizes all weekend, so I was a bit afraid to step on the scale this morning. But all is well at 128.5, so I guess I burned off enough to offset all the good food we ate in the past 4 days.
I'll continue to shoot for that 125 goal in the next challenge as well, but in the meantime, I'm quite happy that I've been able to maintain at a pound or so below my Weight Watchers goal.

Sorry for the delay ladies. I was in Puerto Rico for a science meeting (not a bad way to spend a few days). I managed to run a few times, but no biking or swimming. And given the whole resort thingy, not very good with my eating. Not looking forward to my next weigh in!
I'll get the page set up for the next 2 month challenge over the holiday weekend. Look for a thread to be started for July/August and let me know who all is playing along again for another 8 weeks!

Final weight for this challenge is 153.12 lb Will try the next challenge with the same goal of 145 lb. Thanks Possegal for maintaining the spreadsheet and committing for another stint.![]()
Didn't weigh in last week because germy-germs kept me away from the gym. This week cruel hormones have me up to 66.2kgs again.I'm sure next week's numbers will be much more bearable.

Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
Same goal for me as well... 148!
Also can you make a spot on the spread sheet for measurements way off to the right? I'd love to have a place to track them.

final weight.... 248.2!!!!
I am so excited because I thought for sure with the lack of exercise and a little stress eating (because of the red area that we still do not know for sure if its the lymphedema, celulitis - because of the lyphedema or the cancer returning) that I had went back up over 250.
My next goal is 240.
thanks for keeping the stats!

back down to 139. I am not going to blow my diet this weekend. I am not going to blow my diet this weekend. I am not going to blow my diet this weekend.
Back to 141.... I think I'll sit out the next one. I'm starting to work with a nutritionist next week to try and figure out why I cannot lose weight despite eating well and riding my bike every day. Very frustrating!!![]()

"I never made "Who's Who"- but sure as hell I made "What's That??..."
Still at 155.5 but I've been slacking off a bit so that's fine.
I made it to w/in a half-pound from my goal for this challenge so it's all good.
And even more important, my pants are comfy again.
Thanks PG!

Getting in touch with my inner try-athlete.
I weighed in yesterday, down to
202.4
Finally made a dent. Woo-hooo! I took a break from the diet last night to celebrate our anniversary. I had a grilled peach salad, spinach and goat cheese gnocchi, and berry shortcake. And a tall glass of wine. YUMMMM. Back on the plan today.
