It's a good thing that our stomach hunger happens at certain times to help us regulate our eating at good times.

However I do prefer my stomach hunger doesn't become too robotic in scheduling. ie. I don't want to have to absolutely eat at 6:00 am for breakfast or noon for lunch. Easier for me to eat within a time period range so I can do stuff, vary personal schedule without having to drop things right away..to eat. However I've noticed over the years, my stomach has become more conditioned to eat within a narrower time period for each meal.

And am talking about normal eating patterns, excluding long /hard rides which require food for energy and hydration.
