I did not do very well on this challenge, and am trying a whole new approach. I am following the Normal Eating for Normal Weight book, and also joined the group on their website normaleating.com. I am fed up with losing .5 pound, putting on 2, losing another .25, and doing this over and over. I am also tired of eating just because it is 7 AM, and I might get hungry in the next hour, but I am not really hungry now. I realized that I have no idea what hunger is anymore, and how little food it takes to be satiated.
I cannot recommed this book enough for anyone who has struggled with weight issues for a long time, like myself.

It's frustrating. One week I'm doing fine and then all of a sudden something quits working right.

), along with larger thannormal portion sizes all weekend, so I was a bit afraid to step on the scale this morning. But all is well at 128.5, so I guess I burned off enough to offset all the good food we ate in the past 4 days.

I'll be satisfied if I don't go up any more.
