Perth weather...it never seems to rain when you expect it to. I wore my wet weather booties yesterday & my rain jacket under the assumption it would... It started raining as I finished my rideI sometimes wonder if the meteoroligists know what's goin on..
At least the trails are great at the moment. The pea gravel is smooshy/grippy & so much easier to ride..I'm not a fan of slipping & sliding uphill

Auckland report.....
Saturday morning ride was foggy, thick in parts and very patchy in others........ no wind or rain though (despite being forecasted).
Managed a nice ride out to Kawakawa Bay and back . A few other cyclists out , some with no high visability clothes or lights
......
Sitting here Sunday morning looking out of the window at the rain ....... looks like a spin round the lounge to a Coach Troy dvd today
