I did about 5.25 easy, yesterday. Still struggling with discipline, but at least trying to do some deeper self-analysis to figure out my problem. A lot of it (but not all) is the disrupted schedule, I know, with teaching aerobics intermittently, two morning group rides and one in the evening.
I really hate to run in the morning, but I'm going to make a concerted effort to just do it (which for me is not NEARLY as early as some of you!). That way it'll be out of the way and I won't be able to spend the rest of the day procrastinating until it's dinnertime and then I-just-ate and then bedtime.
