okay, after waiting 3 weeks (but continued spinning, cycling and jogging) I swam laps after work. I only did 40 laps, 10 at a time, make sure I felt okay, the last 20 I did continuous. I did notice my cheeks felt warm, as the water cooled them off. Then, I tried to practice flip turns. BAADDDD move, did 3, was dizzy instantly, nauseated, threw-up when I got home, went directly to bed!!! I hope this is not vertigo. Actually had a work-up for vertigo 2 years ago, doc said nope. I have never felt like this before. I wonder if I should wear ear plugs in the pool? I can't believe my body feels so strong and yet my head feels so bad. I am going to the doc on Monday to have my ears checked to see if I have some fluid or something from seasonal allergies.....![]()
