Donuts are totally evil. So is cake. It's hard to do push ups and pull ups when you have eaten a lot of cake and frosting.

Yeah, those sticky fingers must make it hard to hold on to the pull-up bar, eh?

I'm perfectly content to "Ride to Eat" if it involves donuts (or sushi. but not at the same time). Especially this Monday's Donut Ride, departing at 4:30a.m. from VooDoo Donuts http://www.voodoodoughnut.com/ and finishing at Every Day is a Donut Day

If I ride *to* the start, I'll get in 35-40 miles AND 2 trips over the West Hills. I'll have earned a donut...

Congrats! That must feel great. Sounds like you are doing really well so soon after your son's birth. That baby weight will be gone in no time! (Just try to avoid the donuts....)

181.8. I attended a baby shower and the daddy to be is a Sushi chef and made huge platters of fresh sushi. I had to try at least one of each variety or it would of been rude right?
